Our cottages lie at the edge of Steyning with direct access onto the Downs Link. The footpath for Riverside walks is just on the corner, and the South Downs Way passes through the town.
We have 3 x self-contained one bedroom cottages available throughout the year.
Each has been individually decorated and has underfloor heating. We have secure bike storage and dry room if necessary. Friendly dogs are welcome.

Matchbox Stable Cottage is in the village of Singleton on the A286 between Chichester and Midhurst.Matchbox Stable Cottage is ideally situated for walkers / bikers or those wishing to access local attractions.
It is within walking distance of the renowned Weald and Downland Open Air Museum and West Dean Gardens and very near Goodwood, where popular events are held several times a year.
A real bonus is the local pub and popular tea rooms which are within walking distance of the cottage.
Ghyll Cottage

Ghyll Cottage is a charming 17th century two bedroom self-catering cottage set across two floors, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The Cottage has two bedrooms - one double and one small twin, ideal for children. Each of the bedrooms sleep two people, and you'll also have the option of using the sofa bed in the lounge.Your own private driveway and parking leads you to the cottage entrance. Downstairs you'll find the galley-style kitchen, leading through to a cosy lounge and dining area, then the small twin children's bedroom. Upstairs there's one double bedroom, complete with original exposed beams and a family bathroom.
There's plenty of storage throughout the cottage, plus a secluded private garden with garden furniture, set amongst Ghyll Manor Hotel's 40 acres of landscaped gardens.

Our Woodland Lodges offer self-catering accommodation set in 32 acres of private woodland nestled in the heart of the South Downs National Park.Ash Lodge is specifically for families [max 9] of all abilities and is fully accessible to wheelchair users. It provides a safe and secure location for all. Beech Lodge can sleep max of 14. Each Lodge has separate room for two people.
Both Lodges have kitchen, showers and toilets, and are fully serviced by Lodge Hill. Bed linen can be supplied at an additional cost. The lodges are ideal for families and small groups and feature their own BBQ and campfire area, ideal for evening entertainment in the summer.

Marck House
Large self-catering cottage in central Sussex
Marck House is a detached property just outside Withyham near Hartfield.
The cottage sleeps sixteen people in seven bedrooms which are a super king-size double with a bath and en-suite shower room, a king-size double with an en-suite shower room, two double rooms, a twin room and two family rooms.
There is also a bathroom, a shower room, a cloakroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Completing the accommodation is an endless swimming pool with gym equipment, a cinema room and a garage/games room.
Outside is a lawned garden with a patio area, furniture and a hot tub. Marck House is a stunning property with something for everyone, ideal for your next family event.
