Charitable organisation which helps carers in central Sussex by providing them with information and support at what can be a very difficult time.Carers Support Service has a team of outreach carers who can help you if you are looking after a loved one. Their website also has a good list of resources for people loking for information on how to care for people with specific medical consitions or issues.
